STAFF ASSISTANT – TECHNICIAN

LOCATION – COLOMBO 3

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a well-established Financial Institution and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon is looking for dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team for the following post.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Repairing furniture where feasible, including replacing gas lifts wheels, and mechanism plates of chairs, changing cupboard locks and repairing drawers.

Performing wall touch-ups and painting.

Item repair-Fixing broken items.

Premises Maintenance Assessment-Identifying and reporting maintenance requirements throughout the premises.

Completing other assigned tasks within Support Services Department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

C.C.E (O/L) Examination preferably with 5 Credit Passes & 01 year relevant experience.

NVQ or NAITA qualifications will be an added advatange.

Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot basic maintenance issue.

Willing to follow safety protocols and best practices

REMUNERATION:

Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications and experience.
