With the rapid expansion plans in place, we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.

TECHNICAL OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and modify interior designs for office spaces, ensuring they align with company policies and functional needs.

Utilize AutoCAD / Sketchup or other related software to create detailed floor plans, layouts, and designs.

Request and review quotations from contractors, suppliers, and service providers for interior design materials and services.

Oversee design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budget constraints are met.

Work closely with other departments to ensure design plans meet company standards and requirements.

Ensure that all designs comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum five years’ experience in interior design, preferably in office spaces, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Sketchup or other relevant design software is essential.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and quotation analysis

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Motivated team player who can adapt and contribute in a fast faced and challenging work environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala, particularly for vendor interactions and project coordination.
