Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Professional qualification in relevant field.
Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail and in person requests for assistance from users eaperiencing technical problems.
- Respond to technical issues as they arise.
Provide continuous status information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Initiate customer contact, escalate to appropriate parties and resolve incidents.
Minimum of 6 months work experience in a similar capacity.
Must be a good team player.
Should have the ability to work beyond working hours.
Remuneration will not be less than Rs. 40, 000.
