OFFICE ASSISTANT

Are you ready to elevate your career? The Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company is hiring an Office Assistant to help us manage Sri Lanka’s iconic landmark!
Key Responsibilities:
provides administrative support to ensure the smooth running of an office.
Manage the receipt and dispatch of mail and coordinate courier services.
Assist and support the organization of meetings, events, conferences and managing logistics.
Managing office supply inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
Candidate’s Profile:
Should have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six (06) subjects with at least two credit passes in not more than two sittings.
A minimum of 03 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, communication and interpersonal skills.
Age should be not less than 20 years and not more than 50 years.
