Customer Care Associate
Responsibilities
Make Customer Retention Calls (Premium Reminders).
Contributing towards maintaining service level agreements.
Co-ordinating with internal and external parties to provide exceptional customer service to the clients.
Meet personal/team target.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or resolution.
Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders
Qualifications
Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level
Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala is a must (spoken & written)
Communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil is a must.
Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum 1 year experience in a call center in a reputed organization will be added advantage
Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well
