Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

✔Handling inbound and outbound calls.

✔ Providing customers with the required front-end support.

✔ Maintaining positive, empathetic and cordial relationships with customers.

✓ Acknowledging customer complaints.

✔ Maintaining professional inter-department coordination.

✔ Email and letter handling.

Requirements

✔A sound educational background with a Certificate course or Diploma in Customer Relationship Management.

Minimum 02 years’ experience with similar capacity.

Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.

✔ Excellent computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and basic computer literacy in emails and the internet.

✔ Excellent telephone etiquette.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure, patience and enjoy customer service.

Be less than 30 years old.
