The role You’ll play a pivotal role in creating compelling promotional campaigns and maximizing the visibility of our showroom. We are looking for an executive in the showroom to join our vibrant team and help us achieve our goals for mutual benefit. Responsibilities: In this critical role, you will be responsible for: • • · • • Managing operational activities in the showrooms while achieving the assigned targets Running planned promotional activities in consultation with the management team Will be in charge of maintaining showroom inventory, merchandising, display, and cleanliness. Promotes quality customer service, meets customer needs, and investigates and resolves customer problems. Maintain and grow the customer database. Qualifications: · • • • • Should have passed GCE Advanced Level exams. Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in showroom management. Should possess IT-related qualifications from a recognized institute and work experience with a software system. Should possess communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. Age between 25 to 45 years and be willing to work on holidays, and late evenings on a roster basis.
