CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/EXECUTIVE

The position holder will be expected to ensure that He She delivers the best and highest possible standards of service to its customers and contribute to the sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

Build a strong Customer Base and consistent achievement of sales targets.

• Attract and retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service.
• Attending to customer complaints, enquiries, and comments.

Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service team and develop

new ways to attract and retain customers.

Coordinating with external parties (banks, cross promos, etc.) to increase direct and indirect sales

Personal Profile

He/She should have a Degree or part qualification in Marketing or Professional qualification in CIM or SLIM or any other recognized Professional qualification.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputed company under same or similar capacity.

Should be pro-active person with excellent leadership skills and ability work under minimum supervision.

• Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability speak in English is a must.

• Ability to envision innovative marketing approaches.
• Age below 35
