Responsibilities

*Responding to customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone, email and WhatsApp. * Providing information about travel destinations, packages and other travel-related services.

• Addressing questions about travel itineraries and all related details. Maintaining accurate and organized records with customer inquiries.

Gathering customer feedback and suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.

Displaying a professional service for customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English languages.
• Experience with travel agency would be added advantage.
