IT- Hardware Technician

Your duties and responsibilities as an Hardware Technician in a hospital focus on offering technical help and making sure the organization’s IT systems run without a down time. You will perform a variety of duties as part of your work to support users, maintain Hardware, Network and Software, and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations.

Qualification & experience:

Diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician or a similar role, at least 1 year. Solid understanding of computer hardware (Specially Printers, UPS and Monitors), software,

and networking is essential. Familiarity with MS Windows operating system. Communication and Customer Service Skills/Adaptability and Continuous Learning.

Job Description:

Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on all hospital IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

Must be capable of repairing printer, UPS and monitors

Help Desk Support/User Account Management/ Software Installation and Support

Installation and Configuration Operating systems

Inventory Management

Hardware Upgrades and Replacements

Work closely with the IT team and other departments to provide technical support and assistance as required.
