Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in farming related field.

Ability to develop 7 arches of farm land and maintain eco diversity in 32 arches land.

A passion for agriculture/ farming/forestry

The ability to makes decisions in stressful environments

Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Willingness to work extended hours as required.

Candidate below 35 years of age,

Requirements

Prepare plans and schedules for planting and harvesting.

Select/recruit and develop a team to manage profitable/ sustainable farm.

Ensure proper coordination among the team.

Handling repairs and maintenance of the property and liaising with government officials

Ensuring the teams adheres to health and safety regulations.
