FRONT OFFICE STAFFS (MALE/FEMALE)
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in providing room keys and
accompanying information.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Manage reservations and ensure room availability using our hotel management software.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages.
Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
