Training Assistant / Assistant Trainer

Qualifications:

• Possess qualifications related to Learning and Development / Training.
• Able to conduct Training Need Analysis, coordinate with HODs, and develop Training plans.
• Should possess proven track record of conducting soft skills Training to staff members of any Organization.
• Strong presentation skills with excellent command in English.
• Living in close proximity to Mount Lavinia.
