OFFICE & SITE LOCATED AT SIGIRIYA Suitable candidate hoping to Recruit immediately.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Male Candidates are encouraged to apply.

Priority for applicants around Sigiriya (Kandy, Anuradhapura. Kurunegala, Ampara. Jaffna) – Knowledge of Draughtsman ship and Auto Cad is an essential qualification for all vacancies.

Civil Engineering Field Knowledge and Qualification is also considered an added qualification.

For all employees Having a Vehicle and Motor bicycle driving license is another advantage for the candidates.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects? Are you ready to take on a leadership role and guide the successful completion of major building If so, we have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team!

Kev Responsibilities:

Led the quantity surveying team and guided project cost management.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.

Oversee site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

Manage the measurement process and collaborate with teams for precise data. Prepare comprehensive bills for sub-contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Assist in project budget management and cost control.

Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (B.Sc.(Q.S.)/B.Tech.(Q.S.)) or equivalent.

NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of Seven years of relevant working experience in building projects.

Proficiency in quantity surveying software/tools is essential.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
