Latex Green (Private) Limited is the first certified organic latex foam manufacturer in the world. The company presently manufactures 100% natural and organic latex foam cores, toppers and pillows that are all carbon neutralized. All products are made at its ISO 14001-2004, 9001-2008, 50001-2011 certified production facility located in a dedicated export processing zone with excellent infrastructure facilities provided by the Board of Investment (BOI) Sri Lanka.

IT Executive

Reporting to the IT Manager, the selected candidate would be responsible in delivering IT services of our company and sister companies He should be able to efficiently satisfy all IT service requirements of the company, minimize down time of the company IT solutions, services and assets, perform backup and recovery functions, facilitate implementing and managing IT security functions of the company protecting all information system assets

Responsibilities:

Assist IT manager and other departments as required to ensure smooth functioning of company and

associate companies IT systems, IT security, services, infrastructure and requirements.

Resolving support issues in a timely manner.

Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics and manage IT inventory.

Maintaining backup and recovery systems of all company systems, databases and ensuring system security.

Coordinate with service providers and facilitate implementation of business solutions, IT procurement and support service needs of the business systems.

Assist preparation of MIS, maintain in house developed solutions, cater to new requirements facilitate web site management

Train end-users on hardware functionality and software solutions and troubleshoot when required.

Those with the following attributes / Qualifications are welcome to apply:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

2-3 years of experience in IT operations/support functions.

Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve support issues.

Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.

Good knowledge of system security, IT Risk management, backup and recovery functions, Preference will be given to those who possess good exposure to application packages such as QB,

HRIS, software development, MSSQL databases, development and reporting tools.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
