Job Summary:

Join our dynamic group of companies as an HR Intern and you will be based at our Corporate

Office in Dehiwala and will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities within the recruitment function will include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR team members to post job vacancies on various job boards and platforms.

Screen incoming resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates for open positions.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with job applicants, providing information about the recruitment process and status updates.

Actively source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and social media.

Help maintain a talent pipeline by reaching out to passive candidates and networking in relevant

industry groups.

Assist in the maintenance of recruitment records and documentation.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and forms are completed by candidates and filed appropriately.

Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, Contribute to the generation of reports to improve recruitment strategies.

Required Qualification, Skills & Abilities:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
