We are Seeking Staff for Newly Opening Coffee & Pastry Lounge at Galle Fort!

COFFEE & PASTRY LOUNGE

Galle Fort

• Assistant Lounge Manager (1 Position) – Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Pastry Chef (1 Position) – Minimum 2 Years’ Experience

(Overseas Experience would be an Added Advantage)

• Commi I (1 Position) – Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Stewards (1 Positions) – Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Barista (1 Position) – Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Trainee Barista (1 Position)
• Waiters (1 Positions) – Minimum 1 Year Experience

The Ideal Candidate Should Possesses:

• Positive attitude.
• Punctuality & Discipline.
• Great hospitality & customer relation attitudes.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• Skills for developing and planning recipes. • Enthusiasm for innovating new food items.
• Overseeing the daily production.
• The ability to ensure 100% quality in finished goods.
• Organizing and leadership skills.
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
• Proven work experience.
• Communication Skills in English Essential, other languages would be an advantage.
• Age range between 22-45 Years.

Salary Scale:

Assistant Lounge Manager – Rs. 55,000.00+ Pastry Chef – Rs. 60,000.00+

Commi I-Rs. 50,000.00+

Steward – Rs. 40,000.00+

Barista – Rs. 50,000.00+

Trainee Barista – Rs. 40,000.00+

Waiter Rs. 40,000.00+
