TRAINEE/TOUR EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibility
Schedule Reservations.
Provide customer service and relations.
Responsible for transportation and accommodation arrangements for each tour.
Quote and respond to Free & Easy and group tour inquiries.
Perform other duties as directed.
Interact and communicate with other departments regarding reservations related issues & resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
Seek dynamic & result oriented individual with experience of minimum one year in similar field.
Team player with good written & oral communication skills in English.
Internet savvy
Highly organized in order to coordinate several tour events simultaneously.
