Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our marketing team and look- ing for a best potential candidate to join our team.
Area Sales Manager (Uva)
◇Job Profile
Maintaining and increasing sales of the products while achieving the targets set for the area.
Identify business opportunities through various routes to market the product.
Allocating areas to Sales Representatives, moni- toring performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Maintaining information with regard to product and competitors.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures and report- ing to the Senior Manager.
Share market insight with the internal marketing teams.

◊ Personal Profile
Have a Professional qualification in marketing preferably SLIM or a degree from a recognized university
Have minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity in the FMCG industry company.
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, experience in handling a team of Sales Repre- sentative / Executive would be an added ad- vantage.
Excellent communication skills in English / Sinha- la.
Good Presentation and negotiation skills.
Age below 35 years.
