Intern – Food & Beverage

Role Description – This position holder is fully responsible for assisting in the setup of products, reports and analysis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting in the setup of product recipes in the system and liaise with finance to finalize costing.

Maintaining an up to date information base on the outlet performance.

Preparing Business presentations for the Management Meetings/ Discussions.

Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the supermarket bakery operation.

Engaging in Market surveys / researches to understand developing trends in the F&B industry and apprise the management.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in Food & Beverage from a recognized university or professional institute is beneficial.

Good Communication skill in Sinhala and English.

Computer Literacy is must.

Age should be below 30 years.
