Bethmil Restaurant is operating coffee shops, restaurants, take away outlets, and VIP karaoke lounges in Kottawa, Homagama & Maharagama and also expanding its business to western province and suburbs. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic young people who can manage operate, and supervise our chain of business portfolio.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

BARISTA (MALE)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for total management of the restaurant operation in order to achieve and maintain high stranded of product quality, service, housekeeping, and sales targets.
• Develop operations standards audit action plan and action on same on agreed dates.
• Ensure that health & safety and food safety working practices are adhered to at all times.
• Overlook material ordering & cost management
• P & L management (achievement of sales and profit targets, projections)
• Keep regular contact with guests to obtain feedback on service, product quality, and staff friendliness.
• Make each and every guest “HAPPY” and give them a reason to return
• To be a leader who is passionate and gets the team to deliver the company mission.

Requirements

• Age below 35
• More than 3 years of experience at managerial level in service industries/hospitality industries.

• Should possess strong interpersonal skills & language skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a cafe and ensure quality service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, milkshakes, mocktails, juice, bubble tea, etc…..
• Generates revenues by attracting new customers, and defining new and expanded services and products.
• Tracking restaurant stocks and products

Handling cashier work and customers

• Hard-working person to serve our customers
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• You need a smiley face always for this role buddy

Requirements

• Age below 35
• More than 3 years of experience in the industry

A diploma from a Hotel school will be an advantage

• Good communication skills both in Sinhala and English. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Degree in hospitality management, business administrate, or management from recognized university in Sri Lanka
