Restaurant Manager – (Otter Aquatic Club)
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure efficient restaurant operation
Maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage quest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food and beverage costs
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Skills required
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar tole
Extensive food and beverage knowledge wit ability to remember and recall
ingredients and dishes to inform customers/ Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Co-ordinating da daily restaurant management operations
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Sales Executive Cum Guest Relations Officer (80 Club of Colombo)
Duties & Responsibilities
: Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and s canvass business
Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and quest in order
to anticipate theit neech Conduct research and analyse date to identify and define audiences
Evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures Compiling, distributing and preseriting ideas, information and strategies
Coordinating promotional activities and events.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns hocial media, TV etc)
Updating databases and use a customer relationship management (CR System.
Build relations with clients and customers Provide customer service
Research the market and competition
Negotiate on price, quantities and specifications

Duties and Responsibilities.

Professional culinary experience over 2 years Experience in Commisor Commis I role, preferably within a reputable standalone Restaurant

Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Assisting other Commis Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Provide exceptional service and support the culinary team behind the scenes Ensure courteous professional efficiend and flexible servico
Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and other Comms in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean
Skills required
Experience in a Commis, or kitchen frainee role, preferably within a fine dining
