SHOWROOM CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS
Greeting and directing customers for their desired purchasing.
Providing accurate information (Product features, pricing and after-sales services
Responding to customers queries about specific products/services.
Keeping the Showroom in a professional ambience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity within a Showroom environment.
Freshers also will be considered.
Good Command of Communication in Sinhala, English
Ability to negotiate and convenience customers.
Female age below 30
