- Finance Executive
Minimum Requirements:
Age below 30 years
Part qualification of ACCA/CA or AAT Qualified
Proficient in basic accounting principles
Working experience with QuickBooks is a must
Sound knowledge in English
Responsibilities:
Perform duties entrusted in line with the role assigned and request by the Management
- HR/Transport Executive
Minimum Requirements:
Should have part professional or Academic Qualification in Human resource management.
Passed GCE A/L in Commerce stream
Sound knowledge of MS word MS excel
Age below 35 years.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and Selection process.
Assist in HR administration and other related statutory requirement.
Manage and maintain employee’s records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle HR related administration tasks including document preparation and filing.
Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Having work experience is a must.
Follow up Supervise & Plan all the company transport activities.
Ensure the Maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
Provide transport reports according to the management request
Any other work assigned by the management.
- Purchasing Assistant
Minimum Requirement
Proven experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain management / Logistic management Minimum 2 years work experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Resposibilities
Monitoring re-order levels and place timely purchasing requirements.
Timely GRNs/GINs in compliance with company policies & procedures.
Issue items in compliance with company policies & procedures.
Proper use of ERP in recording transactions and maintain accurate and complete documentations to support the transactions within the operation.
