Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain personnel files and HR records.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Assist in payroll processing.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
A professional qualification in HR will be advantageous.
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
Highly motivated, with a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and team-work skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
