Restaurant Manager
-Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
-Previous experience in restaurant management, sales, or a related field.
-Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. -Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Chef de partie / Demi Chef de partie
-Responsible for the timely preparation of high-quality food.
-Manage inventory levels and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
-Advance knowledge on cooking, baking, flavoring meats, and pizza.
-Work with minimum supervision and teamwork.
-Control budgets and minimize waste.
-Maintain a hygienic kitchen.
-Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
-Create prep lists for the kitchen crew.
-Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Commis i/ii/iii
-Experience of Western, Chinese, Chiniese and Italian (Pizza and Pasta)
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Kitchen Helper
-Minimum 6-month experience in a similar roll.
Waiter
-Seeking a dynamic waiter with food and beverage knowledge.
-Must be excellent at customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-If you’re passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
