Customer Care Officer

Mount Spring Water (Pvt) Ltd., A member of DSI Samson Group is the foremost bottled drinking water brand in Sri Lanka with a Fast Growing Sales Network.

We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join Mount Spring Water (Pvt) Ltd in Dalugama. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.

Responsibilities

Courteously greet the customer and provide best customer service

Deliver customer assistance by answering their inquiries and other concerns

Encode and forward customer’s concerns to authorized personnel and follow up

4 Undertake front office duties to ensure outstanding customer service

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquettes

Pass G.C.E. (A/L) Examination and good command in English
