SURIYA

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Minimum five (5) years experience in similar capacity

Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualification.

To be fully aware of budgeted and actual departmental financial targets. This to include revenue, stock levels, average spends and departmental profits

To ensure efficient stores procedures, ensuring cleaning materials and guest supplies are adequate and stock levels in accordance with hotel business

To lead and create a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the hotel,

To ensure the department operates effectively on a day to day basis, ensuring company standards are met and delivered consistently with attention to detail.

To be fully aware of and strictly adhere to Fire, Health and Safety procedures

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a simila role, excellent culinary skills, and exceptional leadership qualities

Supervises all sections of food production to ensure consistent, high-quality cuisine is

produced. Responsible for training and developing the culinary team to a high level of proficiency.

Monitors the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met and exceeded at all times.

Recommends superior quality products and incorporates them into new menus.

Prepare all types of food on a regular basis or for special events and banquets.

Suggests and implements creative ways of presenting food.

Ensures compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

Managing the food and labor costs to ensure that the kitchen operates within budgetary constraints.

SALES EXECUTIVE – BANQUETS

Minimum two (2) years experience in similar capacity

Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.

Keeps track of all external ongoing activities especially among competitors and the hospitality/ tourism industry

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities

Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business

Executes and supports the company’s customer service standards

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

GUEST RELATION OFFICER – FEMALE

Proven working experience in similar capacity in a star class hotel.

Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes.

Ability to work flesible hours

A good command of English Language

GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE

Minimum of one (1) year in similar capacity in a star class hotel.

Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal

Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail

Must be guest service focused and a team player

Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.

BANQUET COORDINATOR

Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel.

Establish and improve the reputation of the hotel by offering a very personalized style of

service as per the hotels standard operating procedures.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to

reach common goals.

Perform all duties assigned efficiently and economically,

Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Assistant Front Office Manager

Front Office Exective

Degree in hospitality Managment in a repoted Hotel School

Minimum 4 to 5 years work experience as assistant Manager or Exective.

Develops high quality relationship with guests throughout their stay.

Ensures that the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied.

Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front

office

Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Excellent organization and administrative skills.
