IT Operations Officer Server Support

Personal Profile

• Reading a degree or HND in Information technology.

Knowledge & experience in administering server-side technology and networks, computing systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).

• Knowledge in server hardware and virtualization technologies.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
• Expertise in domain controllers, server-side infrastructure, and information security practices will be an added

A minimum of 08 months experience in a similar role

Job Profile

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting server Operating Systems and software components, ensuring their proper integration into the network infrastructure.

Monitoring server performance, security, and routine maintenance tasks, as well as managing server backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability..

• Provide support to end-users experiencing server-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of server systems with other technologies.
