CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS AND ENSURING THEIR NEEDS ARE MET IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on flexible hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Providing information about products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
