Intern, Engineering Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Intern. Engineering to join Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated project valued at $1 Billion Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts, will be opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth execution of cally administrative activities within the Engineering Department while keesing to standard policies and procecures

Provide secretaria support to the Engineering Team

Ensure all communicatiens within the department and other operational cepartments are handled promptly and professionally.

Provide minutes to Engineering Team Meetings and comple management reports in a timely and accurate manner where necessary

Prepare stationery requirements and keep control of all stationery

Ensure efficient and accurate documentation and filling system, both manual as well as electronically maintained at all times

Report any maintenance issues or nazaros

Report defective materials and equipment

The ideal candidate should possess

Previous experience in a similar role at a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal and writter communication and IT skilis

Good planning, organizing and implementation skills

Ability to work under pressure
