TRAINEE-SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB PROFILE UNDER SUPERVISION OF GM, SALES AND MARKETING
• Reach out to a potential clientele, respond to RFQ’s
• Negotiate rates with airline, carriers, overseas agents. • Maintain and update SOP’s of the company.
• Assist operations staff on cross functional activities
• Maintain sales reports.
• Field sales visits.
• Work long hours as and when required.
EXECUTIVE-DOCUMENTATION
JOB PROFILE
• Min 02 years hands on experience in Import and Export Asycuda cusdec preparation.
• Sound Knowledge in identifying related HS Codes, required paperwork on import and export activities.
• Maintain and update SOP’s of the company.
• Knowledge in E Manifesting related to inbound freight.
• A Fair knowledge in invoicing.
• Attend to inquires on all operational aspects.
• Willingness to work long hour when required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR BOTH POSITIONS
A team player keen to play a part in the success of the department.
• Attention to detail, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication, good command of English and customer service skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Commercial awareness with good negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• School leavers with G.C.E A/L Qualifications is for trainee sales and marketing executive only.
