Job Summary:
Job Type Full-Time
We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Site Project Engineer – Civil with a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
01. Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
02. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
03. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits to maintain compli- ance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
04. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
05. Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, schedules, reports, and change orders.
06. Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, resolve construction issues, and facilitate problem-solving efforts.
07. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns,
and solicit feedback.
08. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence among project teams.
Candidates Profile
01. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
02. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in an industrial setting.
03. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
04. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
05. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
06. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
07. Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality control standards.
