Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and promote wood products. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

Create compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, website copy, and social media posts.

Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our wood products.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.

Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing support and materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the wood industry or a related field.

Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of successful campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Flexibility to travel for trade shows and industry events as required..
