IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are a growing IT Company in Colombo, looking for young, passionate individuals to serve our customer bases in Colombo and suburbs.

Candidate are responsible for

►Setup. Installation and Troubleshooting of IT Hardware components (such as computers, laptops, printers) and technical support for software issues (Such as Administration of 0365 and Cloud Services)

► Maintenance and manage of Servers and Backups

► Coordinate with relevant suppliers and Service providers for Infrastructure support to minimize downtimes.

Maintaining network equipment, Wi-Fi and CCTV Basic Maintenance.

► Coordinate with Group IT Teams and Relevant management authorities for approval.

Required Qualifications

► NVQ Level 4 Certified or Equivalent Qualification.

Ability of Communication in both English and Sinhala Languages

Willingness to work on Weekends when required.

Minimum of one Year experience and Valid Riding License will be an advantage.
