Responsibilites

• Conduct proper follow up on pending payments and make collections as per the agreed payment schedules and take necessary strategies
• Provide continuous follow up of the customers for their due payments and collect the arrears amounts
• Make calls, follow up customer correspondence on stipulated dates as per the recovery procedure.
• Assisted in monitoring past due accounts and contacting customers to make collections attempts.

Qualifications and experience

•G,C.E A/L as the minimum qualification entry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attractive personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for calling credit customers who were over 30 days past due to set up payment plans.
• Minimum 02 years Experience in sales or marketing
• Below 35 years
