Food & Beverage Manager

Should have bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel management.

Minimum five years experience in similar capacity in 3/4 star class hotel.

Knowledge of food service operations and variety of styles of service

Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills

Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

HR Executive/HR Assistant (Based in Head Office Colombo)

Should posses a Certificate Course in Human Resource Management from a recognize Institute

Minimum three years of experience in similar capacity.

Willing to travel our hotels which are situated in Mirissa & Kataragama.

Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant (Based in Head Office Colombo)

Partly or fully qualified in AAT or Intermediate Level in CASL.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hotel industry.

High standard of technical, analytical & reporting skills.

Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Based in Head Office – Colombo)

Should have Diploma in Marketing or any other equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum 2 years work experience in similar capacity at a star class hotels.

Should have excellent computer proficiency & familiarity with social media and web analytics (Facebook, LinkedIn. Booking.com. Trip Advisor etc.).

Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping supervisor Executive

Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie

Mimimmum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a star class hotel.

1 Commis/2nd Commis/3d Commis

Maintenance Supervisor (Skilled or Unskilled)
