Administrative Assistant – Showroom
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O’ level with three passes.
Pleasant Personality.
Good communication skills in English.
Should be able to work independently and with a team.
Should be able to work under pressure and meet required deadlines. Should be self-motivated and willing to undertake responsibilities. Selected candidates will be required to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Showroom operation related works
Handling the entire showroom related internal works.
Assisting the walk-in customers with regard to their inquiries with the support of Sales Team.
Arranging the showroom in a proper manner with the support of the relevant dept.
Coordinating with the designing and Sales Team to organizing product promotions in the Showroom on a regular basis.
Debt Collections
Calling the customers for outstanding collections. Issuing receipts for the daily collections.
Handing over the daily collections to finance department.
Updating the customer base required for the outstanding collections such as Accounts Payable, Chief Accountants, Financial Controllers, Purchasing Managers, etc.
Maintaining politeness and good relationship with the customers.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly collection plan to the management.
Verifying the receipt of email attached with invoices to the customer..
Verifying the invoices against the customer purchase order before sending to the customers.
Following up the customer Online payment transfers with finance. department on daily basis.
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary of USD 650 and Allowances in MVR
