As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the needs of modern trade and showroom chains.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Providing product education, training, and support to modern trade and showroom staff to drive product adoption and sales.
• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to evaluate sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and address customer needs.
• Resolving customer issues and managing escalations promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role in the lifestyle products industry, with a focus on toys, baby items, or bags with more than 5 years’ experience.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Successfully completed G. C. E. Advanced Level Examination and a Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing will be an added qualification.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Retainer of 75,000.00 plus sales commission on offer for the right candidate.
