Senior / Trainee Coordinators

A well established company manufacturing printed brand identification products to the apparel industry located in Wattala is looking for young, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill above vacancy.

Key Requirements

• 3 passes in A/L examination.
• Knowledge in offset printing process and labels printing process.
• Knowledge in computer applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar capacity would be considered as an added advantage.

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

• Deal directly with customers and respond to their inquires via emails and over the phone. •

Acknowledge customer purchase orders (PO’s), Processing, confirming the delivery date after checking with the planning team.

Follow up customer orders and new developments for or time deliveries.

Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.

Liaise with production in following up the deliveries of customer orders.

• Work together with the sales team to meet and exceed customer

service.
