Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests warmly and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Managing reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations and modifications.
- Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining guests records and preparing reports.
Collaborating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills alongside proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
