Office Administrative Assistant (female) – Location: Kelaniya
Job Responsibilities
• Invoicing and Managing Cash/Credit Transactions
• Updating Paperwork & Maintaining Documents as Required
• Maintaining Inventory of Spare Parts & Office Supplies
• Creating, Maintaining, and Entering Information Into Databases.
Assist Staff with Administrative Duties as Requested
• Customer Coordination & Management
Candidate Profile
• Advance Level (a/l) Qualified
• Age (18-30) Female
• Minimum 6 Months Working Experience as An Office Assistant or In a Related Field.
• Ability to Work Well Under Limited Supervision.
• Great Communication Skills.
• Knowledge in Excel/word
• Basic Knowledge of Accounting & Customer Care Is Added Advantage
• Salary Negotiable
