Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee building construction project
from inception to completion. The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that constructio
activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. This role requires stron
technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with variou
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality
Control.
Interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design
requirements.
Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and
within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with
building codes and regulations.
Resolve technical challenges and conflicts that may arise during construction, working closely with architects,
engineers, and project managers to find solutions.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and
change orders.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project
specifications and budget.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel o
site.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and any changes to th
construction plan.
Qualifications:
Collaborate with the project team to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, anc
to the highest quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a Site Engineer or similar role in building construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
