The Role:

  • Greetand welcome clients with a friendly and professional
    demeanor.
  • Responsible to get service bookings.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and
    in-person inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Need To prepare daily progress report.
    Requirements:
  • G.C.E. A/L Qualification.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Should be proactive with an attractive personality and good
    teamwork skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Spoken and written)
    with Good Telephone Etiquette.
  • Age bellow 35 years
  • Candidates preferred around Colombo 5.
