Data Entry / Marketing Research – Excel Knowledge Required
This is a work from home position for a
USA based firm.
The potential candidate must be able to
work hours that match the US Pacific
Time.
Strong knowledge of written and spoken
English is required.
At least 5 years experience in a profes-
sional office environment preferred.
College coursework required.
We are looking fora highly motivated
Data Entry with advanced knowledge
within Microsoft Excel. Success in this
position will require meticulous organi-
zational skills, excellent written and oral
communication skills, and the ability to
keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.
All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and have
ability to learn a large amount of technical data in regards to logistics. Strong mathematical skills
and organizational skills are required, and those skills will be used daily.
Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):
o Organizing Data within Excel sheet, typically for uploading into other platforms.
o Reviewing. preparing and submitting shipping rates for approval.
o Overseeing and ensuring that all logistics and shipping matters are running smoothly.
o Liaison between shipping vendors and the company on cargo arrangements.
o Tasks will also include working within our CRM-ERP system Netsuite, as well as various
back-ends of online store fronts.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Extensive previous use of Excel is required. Note an assessment may be given to determine
knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The hours for this position would be:
7:00am to 4pm (with an hour lunch) Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time.
NOTE this is 7:30pm to 4:30am Sri Lankan Time, which will go into Saturday morning for you

Renumeration 120,000 to 200,000 LKR, contingent on skill level
