Call Center Executives

vast customer base in Middle East & Africa.
Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance
Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000
(Incentives Pegged to USD)
Responsibilities
Manage outbound calls.
Handling customer queries & customer support.
O Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile.
O Meet personal/ team qualitative & quantitative targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
Possess good communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi.
Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telungu or Kannada will be an added
advantage.
“Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
