Requirements.
Successfully completion of O/L & A/L
Age between 21 -35 years.
Must have 1-2 years’ experience in above fields.
Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case
management system.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills Sinhala & English (ability to communicate clearly verbally and
in writing).
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Patient and able to handle customer issues in a professional manner.
Capable of managing stressful situations.
Salary Negotiable
Working Hours: 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM
