Agriculture and Microfinance Business Development Associate (Fixed Term Contract)
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to be stationed at Northern, Eastern, Central North Central North Western, Sabaragamuwa, Uva and Southern Regions.
Job Profile
⚫ Generate leads, identify potential clients and introduce them to the assigned bronches
• Forming clusters & societies / conducting basic trainings to members/collecting data & submitting to branches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and public sector organizations
• Develop and implement strategies to identify potential farmer groups, community based organizations and link them with the branch
• Preparation of loon evaluations
• Provide assistance to the branch in maintaining a quality loan portfolio
Applicant’s Profile
⚫ Age should be below 28 years
• Passed GCE Ordinary Level in one sitting with simple passes for Mathematics and English
• Passed O.C.E. Advanced Level
• Possess an Agriculture Diploma from an institute recognized by the Ministry of Education or have two (02) years of experience in a similar capacity in a licensed financial institution
• Should have a motorbike and a valid driving license
