Accounts Assistant
Job Description:

  • Handling payments and petty cash.
    Preparation of daily payment vouchers.
    Preparation of Invoices and Receipts.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly, annual accounts, and management reports.
  • Data Entering to the CRM system.
    Bank Reconciliation.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    G.C.E Advanced Level in commerce stream.
    Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
  • Fair knowledge of MS office and Email
    Able to work independently with ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
    Ability to collaborate & work effectively with the team.
    Age below 25 years.
    Preferred living proximity – Kurana, Katunayake.
