The jobholder will be expected to be responsible for contribution to the successful achievement of service
center KPIs, Customer handling and ensuring effectiveness of front offivce operations.
Personal Profile
•Passed GCE ONL & AN with Gredit passes for Englsh and Mathematlcs
oA minimum of 01 year experience In a simllar role

• Knowledge on ERPwill be an added advantage
  •Passionate about customer service
• An energetic and motivated g0-getter.
  Job Profile
• Customer product inspection and creation of repair jobs
• Resolving customer complaints, issuing replacements, refunds or trade in as needed
  •Providing quotations, involcing and follow up on shop and customer debtors
• Contributing to the successful achievement of service center KPls.
